10kt-14kt Gold Rings, Sterling Silver Rings, Custom Collection: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges.

All Other Products: Items maybe returned within 14 days. Please return the package back to us in a safe and insured manner. All returned packages must be back in our possession within 14 days. Your refund will be issued for the purchase.

Rings that have been re-sized by someone other than us are NOT returnable; nor are any items purchased on the “Clearance” page. All sales are final.

1. All products must be returned in good original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

2. All return shipping charges must be prepaid and insured. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

3. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured U.S. Mail for your return.

4. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the distribution center. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Please note that your original shipping, handling, or other additional costs will not be refunded.
